12. What happens if I cancel my booking after paying the deposit?

If you have a confirmed booking, we have stopped offering it to other potential customers. We hold it in good faith that you will carry through with the booking. The majority of our bookings are made months in advance to enable people time to organise their group. As the date draws closer, it is difficult to find another group that is prepared to take on a booking at short notice.

If it is more than 4 months prior to the booking, a $100 cancellation fee applies and the balance of your deposit is refunded.
If you cancel within 4 months of your booking you will need to pay the minimum booking fee per night. This is at $975 per night booked. We will try and get another party to take on the booking for you. If we are able to rebook, only the $100 cancellation fee applies.
